Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?Most of the time items are delivered within 2 working days. But we try not to overpromise, under-deliver so we say 3-7 Working days.
How do I create an account?Accounts are created by clicking on Login/Register in the main menu of the site. Accounts are not required though.
How do I change my shipping address?Log in to your account, if you created one. And then you can update your address under “addresses”. If you did not create an account and would like to update a delivery address on an order. Please reach out to support.
How do I track the status of my order?As we progress from pending processing to delivered you will recieve multiple emails notifying you of the progress of your order.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?No, we do not store any credit card or any payment information. You are always redirected to a secure payment gateway when you shop with us. And we only work with payment gateways that are PCI DSS compliant.
Do you charge sales tax?Yes, our prices include VAT.
Do you ship to my country?At this point we only ship within South African borders.
Will my items come in one package?Not always, it depends on what you have purchased, and based on that multi location fulfillment might have to be done. Please refer to our shipping policy in the footer of the website for a detailed explanation.

Where should I mail my authorized return?Please check the footer of the website for the address. Please clearly mark the parcel with your order details.
How do I receive customer support?You are welcome to call us, chat with us live, or log a ticket. As always, please check the footer of the site for relevant links.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?If the order has already been placed, please get in touch with support so we can update it ASAP. Alternatively, log into your account if you have created one and update it there.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?If the order is still in a pending processing status, yes. You cancheck your order status in the accounts menu.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?We prefer you wait for it to be back in stock. But depending on the requirements, we might consider. Please get in touch with us.
