I am very satisfied with the battery so far - it is a great piece of equipment and it is powering my important loads during loadshedding.
Just a note for Victron owners - a Multiplus II will NOT communicate successfully with the Canbus BMS if connected with a standard straight-through Ethernet cable.
In the end, I needed to look in the BlueNova manual under the CERBO GX connection instructions, specifically, and make up a cable such that ONLY the brown and brown/white cables are connected as noted in the manual (with illustrations). I feel like this should be clearer earlier in the manual where they talk about the Victron inverters, specifically (as opposed to the CERBO GX), where it seems to be implied that straight-through Ethernet cable would work. It is easy to modify a standard Ethernet cable by just removing the other connections, but you need to know that you've got to do that... I should note that my battery was attached to the Multiplus's case ground before the "Canbus" cable was attached.
This was a point of frustration that held me up a while, as I was a Victron novice working on this at a time when I could not just call BlueNova tech support.
I also have "Has DC System" turned off in the Multiplus II config, as well as a current limit on charging (needed for my specific temporary setup).
If I have extra money I will buy another one.
